In Ponta Negra, we will have an overnight stay on the first stage on foot departing from SAQUAREMA.

By bicycle it would be Saquarema Ponta Negra - Itaipuçú -KM. 55

OVERNIGHT WE WILL HAVE AT AN INN ON THE ORLA DE ITAIPUAÇÚ

Path marked with yellow arrows. There are sections that the signage follows the traffic streets - if someone wants to walk along the waterfront  (which is against the road) you can go ahead and enter the signposted route.
