Leaving the Scala Residence hotel, go to the NILO PEÇANHA iron bridge and on Av. Gustavo Jardim - on foot you can cut the way along Rua Cel Rocha Santos to the new BOSQUE LIMEIRA condominium.
By bicycle you can go to CETEP RESENDE (CIEP school) along the Resende - Riachuelo road and turn left until the Bosque Limeira condominium.

Rua Nicolau Taranto and continue until the Nilo Peçanha bridge (old iron bridge) or another traffic bridge beside Av. Kennedy and follow the river, until the end of this street and turn left, using yellow arrows.
Follow this street, passing in front of the Cristo Ressuscitado church until the end of this street and turn right. Follow this street to the end and turn left and in front you will see the new condominium, Bosque da Limeira.

A white horse showed us this passage through the forest.
As you leave the forest, you will find a beautiful view of the Funil dam - follow the trail to the left until you enter the municipal road (ground)
Follow this road until the entrance to Areias city.

obs. Continuing from the top of the mountain along the road, I would go down to the dam down there and then go back up the road all the way down, adding 4 km. the descent and THEN ascent very difficult
Continuing the walk, you will re-enter the municipal road and continue straight through the farms you will reach the center of the city of Areias.
