Leaving Niterói - Pendotiba, CNS goes through the city of Niterói, São Gonçalo and Magé.

From Pendotiba it goes towards Maria Paula, Tribobó, under the high voltage line along the new road (under construction) towards Porto das Caixas until the Manilia - Magé road. After Magé until Rio - Teresópolis road. One stretch follows the Rio - petrópolis road to the toll booth and turns right towards Piabeta. From Piabeta along the old road to Petrópolis.
