The way:
Leaving the Scala Hotel, head towards Via Dutra, cross to the other side and take the side lane (following the red arrows) towards Rio de Janeiro.
The pedestrian and cyclist following the arrows right after crossing the railway will turn right and cross Via Dutra via the footbridge.
The path goes behind the scales, crosses the bridge and when you reach the CACHAÇO gas station, turn left.
Following this road for 13 km. will reach Quatis. Cross the road and go straight to Praça com Coatis.
